Retired & Senior Volunteer Program

Senior Services is proud to be the sponsoring agency of The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)  of Van Buren County.  RSVP is a branch of service within  Americorp Seniors and is the largest volunteer organization in the country for people age 55 and older. The goal of RSVP is to put older adults to work in a volunteer capacity and enrich  their lives while serving others.  Our volunteers serve our communities in many amazing ways, using their experience and wisdom to enrich the lives of those they serve.

Our key volunteer programs include:

Ride Easy Medical Transportation

Ramps and Home Repairs

Food Distribution

Tax Assistance

MMAP Assistance

Disaster Relief

Senior Center Site Assistants

We also partner with several agencies in Van Buren County and provide volunteers to these organizations.

Would you like to make a difference in your community?

Would you like to share your experience and wisdom with others?

Please contact us at 269-637-3607 and ask about volunteer opportunities.  Not all of our volunteer programs are operaitng during Covid 19, but please leave a message and I will return your call.
