Senior Services Board Meetings

Notice- February 18, 2026

Senior Services of Van Buren County is a 501(C) Private Non-Profit and is not subject to the Open Meetings Act.

The meetings will be open to the public two times per year. The dates will be posted on this website and usually occur in the Spring and Fall. All other Board Meetings will be for Board Members and invited guests only.

We will also be providing minutes for all meetings through this website.

Senior Services of Van Buren County is a private non-profit. To be transparent with the people we serve, we will honor FOIA requests within reason (please see below). 

When asking for information, please email drigozzi@ss-vbc.org along with a copy of your Driver’s license or Michigan ID.

“The Michigan FOIA applies to "public bodies," which are defined as state and local governmental entities. Private non-profit organizations, by their nature, are not considered public bodies.”

Fees associated with a FOIA request:

Hourly cost a minimum of $32 will be charged along with .10 per page and cost of postage.
